Rights of Salaried Employees

Being on an annual salary I am docked for any hours under 40 but given no comp pay or time for being forced to work many hours over 40 constantly. Is this Legal?

If you have a written contract, or offer letter with the Company, stating your annual salary, they cannot pay you less than that. Whether they have to pay you overtime for hours past 40 per week depends on your specific job duties.
