termination after FLMA
I am being terminated for non-valid/conspired reasons after providing documentation to my employer that my work environment may be causing respiratory problems, what is my recourse?

You may well have claims for illegal retaliation by your employer and, although much more information is required, the situaiton you describe might also be covered by the Whistleblower's Protection Act, which severely punishes employers for wrongfully retaliating against those who report their violations of applicable laws and regulations.
