Termination for stealing
Can a person be denied unemployment insurance when they are terminated for stealing even though there is no proof of it occurring ?

You have a right to appel denial of benefits. Employer must prove that it conducted a good faith investigation and has a reasonable basis for its belief. You must prove, through witnesses
or documents that you didn't do it and/or that investigation was unreasonable and there is is reasonable basis for employer's belief that you stole from them.,
