Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts
Unpaid Wages
In December of 2000 I start a process against my former employer and won. The problem is that I never got my money. Is there any law that would make her pay what she owes me? What can I do?

It depends on what kind of process you used.
For example, do you have a valid judgment against your employer from a court? If so, there are ways to go about satisfying a valid and final court judgment.
You should speak with a collections attorney. I am happy to recommend one to you.
