I want my vacation pay
The company I work for was just sold.My 3 weeks vacation was not paid to me before the transition.Is my former employer still responsible for paying it.What should I do?

The important question is whetehr the three weeks of paid vacation carried over to your new employment. Based on the transaction agreement, outstanding debts and employee benefits could be paid in any number of ways. Please call me to discuss. 978.250.4255
