After a two week notice, is it the law that my employer pay me all monies due me, including earned vacation time for the following year?

An employer is required at termination to pay all accrued vacation pay. I am not sure how you accrue vacation for the following year. If you have unused vacation time and it is fully accrued, that is what the employer pays
