Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

I work at a new car dealership that sells cars and parts , it has a service dept. and body shop which sell services. They were open on labor day and have paid no overtime to any employee at all, regardless of what department they work in . The dealership is in Ma. What is the law regarding this as there are many more holidays approaching and we would like to know where we stand. Thank you
