Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

I currently work for a non profit agency in MA. I signed a contract for $30000 salaried yearly pay. THey are closed for this Thursday and Friday in observance for Thanksgiving. HR told me that since I am in my 60 day probationary period I will not be paid for either day. Can they do this?
