Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

i work at a shell gas station in MA 6 days a week, that's five 6 hour shifts and one 9 hour shift on sunday. I dont get any breaks ever as I am always the only one in the store during my shifts. is this legal?

the law requires breaks if going past 6 hours
