Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

worked now for one month now get paid every two weeks received two pay checks that say this is not a check, and tell me that it goes into direct deposit, they do not have my account number, so i am not getting paid, I have tried to give them my account number but the fool yells at me that he don't have time for this, i want to rip his head off but that won't get me paid

This sounds like a violation of the Massachusetts Wage and Hour laws. You should speak with an attorney. If your employer unlawfully fails to pay you your wages due, you are entitled to three times your wages owed plus interest and attorneys fees.
