Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts
i been working for my dealer ship since 2008 and still their now i just found informed that their been take a 1 hour lunch out of my check when i work every saturday are hour saturday are 8am to 2pm with no lunch?
the other one i have is that i never had over time i was told i am a tech under training but i am hour employee?

If you are not taking lunch then they cannot deduct the 1 hr from your pay.
