Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Massachusetts
My 2 roomates moved out on me with never saying they were moving. 1 paid the rent for the whole mnth so I could not get new roomate till the next month. Is there such a thing as abandoning an roomate and can I get money in small claims for it along with the utilities for that last month. they move out March2 but paid till April1.

You could only sue them if there was an agreement that each of you would pay the rent or if you were all on the lease.
