Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Massachusetts

I need your advise, I moved to Dracut, MA last June 29, 2009 from Bridgeport, CT. My former landlord has not paid me back my deposit. I made multiple calls and sent registered mail to his office, still he didn't respond and didn't return my deposit. Where will I get an attorney, here in Massachusetts or in Connecticut?

CT is where you have to sue him so get a CT attorney.
