one of defendants doesn't appear on trial
What if one of defendants in LL family doesn't appear on the trial date? Assume that all defendants involved in same case of violation, and only one defendant appears in court.

Re: one of defendants doesn't appear on trial
The one defendant can defend himself and the other defendant will have a default entered against him. The one who shows may be able to settle for less, while the one who does not show will have a default judgment entered in the full amount of the complaint against him.
