I am looking for an attorney who can help me reopen a case for case reviews, which I assume the case may have been closed after an appeal trail held at Quincy Small Claim court last week by the defendant, a landlord.

You have a very limited amount of time after a judgment is entered in which to appeal or challenge the judgment in a case, so you should contact an attorney as soon as possible.
