Greivance letter
Is there anything that i can do because the letter stated to deliver up the apartment and eemove my possession in 30 days

It sounds as though you were served with a Notice to Quit by your landlord.
You should have the Notice reviewed by an attorney before deciding whether you have any recourse. Remember that the landlord must first terminate the tenancy by sending you a Notice to Quit. Assuming the Notice is valid, and you do not move out, the Court (and the Court only) can grant permission to evict you.
