heat
in this house borders live on the second floor in small rooms one radiator i rent the whole first floor so the landlord sets heat at 60 so its not to hot up stairs but theres only two radiators on the first floor and i freeze whats the minimum heat reqiurements

I am going on memory, but I believe 68 degrees in the winter.
