can the landlord evict me because i call the police to my apartment to make a report on domestic abuse

It depends on the situation's unique facts. However, if you are the victim of a crime and call the police and you are the lawful tenant of the apartment, I do not believe this is an evictable offense. The Landlord may attempt to do so, and should attempt to evict anybody charged with a crime. However, it sounds like you have a very good defense. I would need more facts though.
