Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Massachusetts
judgement credit
I am a judgement creditor, a Plaintiff at a tenant vs. landlord's case, but I disagree the judgement. I don't understand how the credit amount was assessed by a judge.

I suggest you speal either to your attorney or go to housing court and ask them to explain the judgment to you. Or you can call an attorney and show him the complaint and judgment, and ask him to explain it to you.
