Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Massachusetts

Jury appeal of small claims, how long to get in to court?

I am curious how long it takes to get in to court if you lose a small claims case, and appeal for a jury trial?

Massachusetts?

I do not go to court for another month, but just want to get my contingency plan in line.

Thanks

According to the Massachusetts Small Claims Standards, a litigant has up to 10 days after receipt of the court's judgment following a trial. For more information, you should really speak with the clerk following your trial.
