Land lords family living in my house

my land lord is slowly letting his

family from russia move into my apt

there are 3 of them here now and

some more are moving in tomorrow,

they have bedrooms and are not

paying any kind of rent they are also

not on the lease that clearly says

persons that are not on the lease can

not live in the apt. what to do next?

You should go directly to Court and not pass go. landlord is clearly violating your right to quiet enjoyment if you are paying rent to house his/her relatives in a fully separate unit.

"Fully separate unit." Key words, implying that you are supposed to control the keys. If all you are paying for is a single room, you instead may be in an illegal rooming house. or for that matter a legal rooming house.
