landlord abandone us
Our landlord abandoned our apartment build with 3 familys. Haven't heard a word from him and could not find him. Today we go an eviction notice after 5 months of no hear contact from anyone from a bank's lawyer giving us 72 hours to vacate. My family has a dissabled man and 2 babies, the other familys have babies and kids also. Are we really expected to go to the streets in 72 hours?

File a Petition in district Court or housing court requesting a stay of the eviction.
