i had a landlord and she is always bringing me to court for money that i can give her because i get ssi and she is always bringing me to court and is stressing me out and i'm on med's can i bring her to court for that.

You should explain this to the Court the next time and ask for an order that she be stopped until and unless you are not an SSI recipient. The court may do this, but will require you to advice the landlady should you become employed or have another source of income.
There is no right, however, to sue a creditor for properly and lawfully exercising his or her collection rights.
