can a landlord make you leave if there was a verbal agreement that the house would be used as a temporary dwelling?

The landlord can only make you leave if he serves you with the proper legal documents, such a notice to quit and a summary process complaint. The court will them make a ruling on whether the tenant is required to leave or can stay and pay rent.
