Landlord wants to occupy rental property

I want to move into a property that I own which is currently occupied by tenants, how much notice must I give to the tenants?

It depends on the type of tenancy. If they have a lease, you must wait until the end of the lease term, unless they haven't paid the rent or violated a term of the lease. If it's tenancy at will, you must give them thirty days, but the wording and timing of the notice must meet legal requirements.
