Can a landlord rearrange my belongings without my permission while I am not in the apartment; this was in order to take pictures of the apartment.
Can a landlord take pictures of the apartment and post them online without my permission?
Can a landlord enter the apartment under the premise of inspecting for damage, but instead or in addition takes pictures to advertise the apartment online?
Can I refuse entry to the landlord if he has not provided reasonable notice for showing the apartment or for any reason other than an emergency?
If the landlord has destroyed some of my property, would I have to take him to small claims for remedy?
Is there any recourse if my landlord enters my apartment without notice?

A landlord cannot touch your belongings inside your apartment to take pictures without your mission. He can't take pictures of your belongings without your permission. You can refuse entry if permitted by your lease. You can sue the landlord for damages or an injunction.
