if landlord serves 14 day then terminates 14 day because we came to an agreement and called sheriff and cancelled does he have to get new 14 day notice if happens again

If the tenancy was reinstated, then your best argument is that the landlord must start the eviction process from the beginning. Was their a breach of your agreement? By whom?
