Is landlord or tenant responsible for bed bugs treatment for single house renting in MA?

It will depend on whether the bed bugs existed before the Tenant moved in or afterward. Bed bugs can be brought in by a Tenant.
If you rented the place furnished, it is most likely the Landlord's responsibility.
