Retain a Massachussets attorney to send the tenant a proper notice to quit and file an eviction action as necessary. Good Luck!

Locate an attorney where the property is and have him or her commence the eviction process with a proper Notice and Quit followed with a Complaint Summary Process (Eviction) filed in Court.
