Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Massachusetts

Lease Execution

When is a lease agreement

considered a legally executed

document? Two leases were signed

by the landlord to two separate

parties. Party A received the lease

for review two weeks before Party B.

Party B signed and delivered the

lease with payment a week before

Party A. Does Party A have any legal

right to the property?

Re: Lease Execution

Both Leases are technically valid and the Landlord has the problem unless there is a limit for signature and return to the landlord or the landlord terminated his offer of lease before A returned the lease.

A has a claim for breach of lease against the Landlord.
