Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Massachusetts
I left a bike at my old apartment building in the courtyard by accident. Two weeks after I moved out, I went back to retrieve the bike and they had "clipped" it. She told me they would look in their storage units and contact me. They did not. I called her today and she said they had "discarded" it. Can I be reimbursed for this?
