Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Massachusetts
I live in an apartment where I don't hold the lease. I was planning on moving October 1st. , but have hit a roadblock and can't move then... My brother (lease holder) refused to give me the owner's contact information to try and work out an agreement.
What if anything can I do?

One of your neighbors may be able to help with more direct contact information such as a phone number or email. If not, then you might try to locate the owner by using both the Town's Assessors office and the registry of deeds in your county.[http://www.masslandrecords.com/].
