Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Massachusetts
I live in a duplex in massachusetts and my landlord lives in the other side. She is elderly and a hoarder. It has become very unhealthy to live here because of insects, rodents, odor. She has a refridgerator on my side of the basement with rotten food in it. I am raising my 2 grandchildren in this apartment and is now becoming unbearable to live here. I have no money to move. Any suggestions?

Call the local health department and explain the situation and ask they inspect the duplex
