Typically, you would be given a full rental period notice before a change in rent goes into effect. However, this appears to merely give you 5 days to reject their offer of a rent increase. It doesn't - as written - appear to give you 5 days to vacate the parking spot. If you have questions about your rental agreement, bring it to an attorney.
