mediation process

I took my landlord to court. We settled at mediation. It has been three weeks since we went to court. Is there a certain amount of time that payment must be made? Can I bring him back to court?

If the judgment is final, and the date of payment is not specified, he has a reasonable time to make whatever payment was ordered. You can file a contempt action if he has not paid. I would suggest sending a letter requesting payment first to show the judge that you tried.
