Send a certified letter to the Landlord disputing the charges with which you do not agree and tell the landlord to either forward a check in that amount within 10 days from date of your letter.

If he does not return the money, file a claim in small claims court.

Retain an attorney to review your rental agreement and documents regarding the security deposit to determine if landlord handled it improperly and may be required to return the whole amount without deduction or at least those amounts you can rightfully dispute. Good Luck!
