rent

my land lord wants the rent on the first of the month now we paid all are rent every month there is no lease saying when we need to pay are rent , like wise we alway pay are rent toward the end of month

now he wants it at the firth when we first moved in we pay 2 month and paid the next at the end so on and so on

is this ok for the land lord to be asking us to pay at the first with no paper contract say i have to pay on the first ?

The landlord is absolutely within his rights, and can give you a Notice to Quit on the second day of the month if you have not paid on the first. You are in a "tenancy at will," which assumes the usual "pay on the first" rule unless stated otherwise.

I suggest that you manage your finances so as to make this possible, to avoid needing a new place to live.
