Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Massachusetts

If I have rented an apartment for 1 year, then was offered another lease for 1 year, then have the option to move to Subsidized Housing before the end of the lease. Am I responsible for a breach of lease?

If you signed a one year lease you must negotiate an agreement for early release from the lease of be sued for default of it. Retain an attorney. Good Luck!
