I have a man renting a room w/no lease how do I get him out;fast and w/o issues

The only legal way is to give him proper notice with a notice to quit, unless as a co-tenant he has threatened you or caused you reasonable fear of violence or forced sexual relations. In the latter case, he is subject to a restraining order under c. 209A. A falsified petition for such an abuse prevention order, however, is a crime, and would probably make it more difficult for you to obtain an eviction under the regular syatutes.
