return of vacation rental security deposit.

suppose to get security deposit back within 14 days. it's now been a month. owner of property states ''it's in the mail'' but that was a week ago. she hasn't returned any of our phone calls or emails since a week ago. what legal action can we take? we are MA residents and rented in NH.

Since the property is located in NH, you probably need to look at New Hampshire law with respect to tenant issues, security deposit law, etc.
