Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Massachusetts

Roommate's refusal to move out

I am currently in a hostile living situation. My roommate is currently doing everything she can to make me want to leave. Our lease runs up in May, but I am desperate to get out. I offered to move out and help her find a roommate to sublet my part of the lease or if she wanted to move I offered to solely take over the financial responsibilities. She refuses to do either, is there anything I can do? If I move out am I responsible for the rent if she stays? Do I have any options?
