School Break

Its school break and I have to put up with my tenants son., who has 2 or 3 friends over for the week, its not a break for us it is stressful. They also sleep there every weekend, and when school is out for the summer, they live and sleep there all summer We are senior citizens and it is stressful. I have asked her to stop this and she said NO. Can I do anything

If you have a lease or written rental agreement, retain an attorney to review it to determine if it contains a legally drafted limitation on the number of non-tenants that can reside their for extended periods of time, and if not, to advise whether the agreement can be amended to include such language.
