septic system
I rent a home/apt and I wanted to know if I am responsible for a septic bill or is it the landlord's responsibility?

Unless there is specific language defining who is responsible for septic bills in a written lease or other rental agreement,or you did something beyond normal wear and tear to cause the bill, these would normally be considered the landlord's responsibility. Good Luck
