If you entered the property as a sub-tenant, the Landlord must evict you. If you are a squater and the Landlord has been aware, he can file a Trespass Complaint and have you removed and/or arrested.

As the others have said, assuming that you entered the property legally, the landlord must go through with the legal eviction process. A landlord may NOT throw you out or have you removed without seeing the judicial process to the end. If you are interested in representation, please feel free to contact our office.
