There are no other issue occuring such as non-payment of rent or anything else. As the landlord, what immediate legal remedies do I have available to me to address this problem?

If you don't have a lease with a provision about changing the lock, you have no right to prohibit the tenant from changing the lock. If you do have a lease with that provision, you need to read the lease. Your only options may be to start an eviction action or sue the tenant to give you a new ke.
