I have a court day this week My landlord said I did not pay rent for 27 mouth That is not true! I stop paying rent 3 mouth ago becouse of the water in the house and the mod ! The basement get water the kit and the bathroom The wall in the boys room go outside becouse of the water he had me pay rent $200. a week right in to his bank I have dep thing but no name on them Can you help me my kid are 7 and 9

If you have not filed an answer or served a request for discovery, you should do so immediately. One of the things you should request is a copy of his bank statements for the last 27 months this should show your deposits of $200 per week.

You should also call the health dept and have them inspect the unit and issue a report. I am not available to assist you this week, but if you are in housing court they should have an attorney to assist you by answering questions.
