Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Massachusetts

I have a tenant in Massachusetts and she is 17 years old. She is behind on her rent and is avoiding everyone's phone calls including her father. Her Dad wants us to let him into the apartment and he says he will remove all of her things. Is this legal?

I would like to know who signed the lease? Is the father a signatory on the lease? If not, I think there is some risk in allowing him to enter the apartment and remove her things.
