please tell me if my landlord refuses his home owner insurance wht i can do he has been given several criminial violations from the city has broken our lease by locking us out of our washer and dryer area which is stated in lease and most recently are evicting us because of our dog which they signed off to on our lease ..it is one thing after another there are not enough characters but they have c aused personal injury since he built a ramp w/o a permit that was one criminal violation since it was also unsafe so after they wouldnt fix problem i called city hall that was in nov so it just keeps going on i asked for insurance to file loss wages and medical claim they were less then nice about it please help

You sue your landlord for your injuries and file a complaint for breach of the lease and wrongful eviction. I suggest you contact an attorney in your area.
