Tenant at Will
I rent the bottom floor of my landlords home. I am a tenant at will and pay him at different times of the month, usually weekly. He is telling me I have 1 week to get out. Can he do that?

Assuming it is a monthly rental, he needs to give you a month's written notice.
If it is not an apartment but a rooming house, then different rules may apply.
The notice has to be in writing.
