Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Massachusetts
My tennants 2 children left to get married. She asked if she could have two friends move in the help her with the rent. (they pay her - don't know how much) - now they won't pay and refuse to leave - what are her options to get them out. The police have been here twice because of the arguments they are having - thank you

Assuming they are not on the lease and they have no written agreement with the Tenant, either you or the Tenant should start eviction proceedings.

I agree that either you or your tenants should commence eviction proceedings. I recommend that you retain counsel.
